ATC-1400A (Viavi / Aeroflex) Features and Specifications *

ATC-1400A is a Transponder/DME microprocessor based bench tester developed for comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of ATC (Air Traffic Control) / Transponder equipment and DME (Distance Measuring Equipment). The ATC-1400A can be operated either manually using the front panel controls and switches, or remotely by ATE control utilizing the GPIB interface.

Through the T-1401, S-1403DL or SI-1404 accessory units, Aeroflex/IFR ATC-1400A can test TACAN, Mode 4 IFF transponder and Mode S transponder equipment.
