Laser Wire Markers / Strippers Sales or Rental

Laser wire markers are designed to mark the wires using a UV laser, cuts the wire to length and strips both ends. Whether you are processing large volumes of wire, or creating singular harness kits, the laser wire marking system can help you generate non-damaging, indelible and lasting marks that are fully compliant with the aviation industry standards. The systems are very user friendly with no maintenance needed.

Features and Benefits

• Offers accurate and repeatable wire markings for aircraft electrical wiring and harness identification.
• Permanently marks with high-contrast markings that are still easy to read in the most demanding aviation conditions.
• For precise stripping of wires without damaging conductors or insulation.
• Assist in reducing wiring errors in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
• Increases technician efficiency by simplifying wire preparation and identification.
• Support compliance to aerospace wiring specifications and documentation as requirements.
• Reduces material waste and rework from repeatable operation with controlled precision.
• Offered as portable and bench-top versions for different types of maintenance scenarios.

Applications

Laser Wire Markers and Strippers play an important role in the aerospace sector in wire identification, harness manufacturing, avionics installations, electrical system upgrades as well as maintenance operations. These systems are useful for producing clear wire marks during aircraft assembly and help airlines, MRO facilities, OEMs, military organizations and aircraft manufacturers to remove insulation accurately. Typically in the avionics bay, electrical panel systems, cockpit systems, communication system, navigation equipment and aircraft wiring harness production.

Compatible Aircraft

Laser Wire Markers and Strippers can be applied to most aircraft with electrical wiring and avionics systems, such as:

• Commercial aircraft (Boeing, Airbus, Embraer and regionaljets)
• Business jets: Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault Falcon, Cessna Citation and Hawker Aircraft
• Turboprop aircraft (models such as ATR, De Havilland, Pilatus and Beechcraft):
• Commercial, military, EMS and offshore helicopters
• Miltary fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft
• Special mission and government-operated aircraft
