The TPS 8700 is a compact, easy to carry and smooth system that allows for testing, programming and verification of all ARTEX ELTs. The TPS 8700 is capable of programming NAV Data Baud Rate, desired protocol and required information as outlined by Cospas-Sarsat through the applicable programming cable. TPS 8700 can easily and quickly program the full line of ARTEX ELTs. It has all the aforementioned functionality of the Tester. The unit is powered by rechargeable lithium Ion, custom battery pack.
