Its robust feature set, combined with an intuitive interface, ensures both beginners and seasoned professionals can leverage its full potential. With the Bird SK-4500-TC, users gain access to cutting-edge diagnostic tools, including Distance-to-Fault (DTF) measurements, cable loss assessments, and Frequency Domain Reflectometry (FDR) techniques, all of which provide detailed insights into system health. The compact and lightweight design further enhances portability, making the Bird SK-4500-TC ideal for fieldwork. Whether testing 3G, 5G, or other advanced communication protocols, the analyzer consistently delivers reliable results, ensuring critical networks remain operational.

The Bird SK-4500-TC supports frequencies ranging from 1 MHz to 4500 MHz. This broad range enables the device to cater to a variety of communication systems, including cellular networks, satellite communications, and radar sub-bands. It features Distance-to-Fault (DTF) mode, which identifies and pinpoints the exact location of faults within cables or antennas. This capability saves time and reduces costs by allowing technicians to quickly address specific problem areas. The device also determines the insertion loss of cable systems across a specified frequency range, ensuring system integrity and optimal performance. Using Frequency Domain Reflectometry (FDR), the SK-4500-TC SiteHawk assesses the health of RF components, providing a proactive means to detect and address issues before failures occur, ensuring greater system reliability and extended equipment lifespans.

The analyzer guarantees precise and repeatable results with a frequency resolution of 1 kHz and a reflect amplitude accuracy of ±0.6 dB (from -10 dB to 0 dB). This level of accuracy is essential for maintaining critical infrastructure. Its 5.5-inch 720p display offers clear visuals for data analysis, while the ergonomic design and intuitive interface make it easy to operate in diverse environments. Equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the device provides up to 10 hours of continuous operation, ensuring uninterrupted usage during long field assignments. The Bird SiteHawk  is built to withstand challenging conditions, with an operating temperature range of 14 °F to 131 °F (-10 °C to +55 °C) and storage capability from -40 °F to 176 °F (-40 °C to +80 °C). With a USB Type-C port, the analyzer supports connectivity to Bird power sensors, storage devices, and battery chargers, enhancing its compatibility with other equipment and accessories. Its versatility ensures it meets the demands of various industries, excelling in cellular networks, broadcast systems, tactical military operations, and public safety networks.

The Bird SK-4500-TC price and features make it a very attractive option comparing to similar cable and antenna analyzers available on the market.
