MAU (Flight Data Systems) Features and Specifications *

The cutting-edge MAU delivers both analog and digital signal acquisition, featuring 24 channels per expansion module to support a broad range of signal input types, including ARINC 717, ARINC 429, GPS signals, and various analog inputs like synchro, pitot/statics, and discrete signals.

Offered in three distinct configurations—a base unit, an expanded unit, and a Quick Access Data Recorder (QAR) module—the MAU enhances signal acquisition capabilities, catering to the diverse needs of both aircraft and rotorcraft as an independent flight data acquisition system.

Designed for flexibility, the MAU’s compact form factor allows it to be installed in any orientation throughout the airframe, minimizing space requirements while maintaining safety through a robust soft-core processor. It also supports customer-loadable software, enabling advanced analysis and flexible, software-defined data acquisition.

The Flight Data Systems MAU price and features make it a very attractive option compared to similar portable data loader / transfer interface units available on the market.
