The IFR/ Aeroflex 3500A is the first truly rugged Portable Radio Test Set designed to meet the needs of a multitude of radio tests. It provides fast, reliable measurements of the radio's transmitter and receiver parameters.

It has an additional capability of performing quick testing of antennas and cables allowing it to provide the most complete portable test solution available to quickly isolate problems and assess performance of cable, radio and antenna systems.

The IFR 3500 is designed with 5 hour battery life. It has a solid magnesium alloy weatherproof case.
