UC-584 (Viavi / Aeroflex) Features and Specifications *

The Viavi / Aeroflex UC-584 Universal Transponder Antenna Coupler is a unique antenna coupling device that allows for consistent and repeatable FAR Part 43 Appendix F Effective Radiated Power (ERP) and Minimum Trigger Level (MTL) testing in difficult ramp and hangar environments. Directly-mounted over the aircraft transponder antenna, the coupler offers greater than 20 dB of isolation during test, preventing unwanted transponder replies from achieving detection by nearby aircraft, TCAS systems and air traffic control facilities. Compatible with IFR6000, IFR6015, APM-424 (V) 5, IFF-45TS and similar transponder test sets.

The Viavi/Aeroflex UC-584 price and features make it a very attractive option compared to similar universal transponder antenna couplers available on the market. Request a quote.
