Jack Weigh EZ RFX Kit (Intercomp) Features and Specifications *

The Intercomp Jack Weigh EZ RFX Kit is a cutting-edge top-of-jack weighing system designed for a wide range of aircraft, including military fighters, helicopters, and general/business aircraft. This wireless and ultra-portable solution incorporates RFX Wireless Weighing Technology, providing a safe and convenient cable-free weighing experience. The kit features digital output load cells that simplify the weighing process by allowing complete interchangeability of components right at the cell itself. This advanced technology eliminates the need for recalibration when swapping components on-site, reducing downtime and streamlining operations. One of the key features of the Jack Weigh EZ RFX Kit is its accuracy and reliability in providing top-of-jack weighing solutions. The field-proven load cell design minimizes the influences of transverse forces, bending moments, torque, and temperature variations, ensuring accurate and repeatable results across different aircraft platforms. This reliability is essential for ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft operations.

The EZ Indicator included in the Jack Weigh EZ RFX Kit displays load cell readings and total weight on a large LCD readout, providing users with clear and easy-to-read information. The indicator also offers one-touch controls for zeroing, arm length adjustment, and center of gravity computation, enhancing user convenience and efficiency during the weighing process. Portability is another standout feature of the 100883-RFX. The entire system is packed in a lightweight MIL-SPEC grade transport case with a telescoping handle and wheels, making it easy to transport and set up in different locations. This portability is especially beneficial for users who need to perform top-of-jack weighing operations in various settings.

The Intercomp Jack Weigh EZ RFX Kit is designed to be user-friendly and versatile, catering to the diverse needs of aircraft weighing applications. With the ability to operate up to six load cells simultaneously, the kit offers flexibility and scalability for different weighing scenarios. The kit also comes equipped with standard AA (LR6) batteries that provide long-lasting power, ensuring uninterrupted operation during weighing tasks. The Intercomp 100883-RFX can be further enhanced with communication devices for direct communication to Lockheed Martin AWBS Rev 11 or Intercomp software for iPad® or PC. This capability expands the kit's functionality and allows users to streamline data processing and reporting, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
